We’re excited to share a significant development in our approach to installations and customer onboarding. This is a new way of doing things that is going to make many more customers happy. We’re especially excited to bring onboard the first partner to the Certified Installation Partner Program – EVACO in Duisburg, Germany. Check out the changes we’ve made and what it means for you.

 

Customer Onboarding Done Better

We’re happy to say that we’re busier than ever, and that means we need a better way of delivering installations to new and old customers alike. We already worked with a stack of great partners, you can find more about them here, but what we realized is that we needed to add another layer of support at the point of installation and customer onboarding.

 

For that reason, we now have a Certified Installation Partner Program where partners who demonstrate particular skill and expertise manage installations themselves, rather than us working with the customer at the same time. This decision came from an understanding that to truly serve our customers from the get-go, they need a partner who is totally dedicated to them and who can focus on their installation and configuration completely.

 

As part of establishing this new program, we’ve signed a contract with EVACO GmbH, one of our most loyal partners in Germany to assist us with remote and onsite installation and consultancy services, making them our first Certified Installation Partner. We’ve worked with EVACO for more than eight years, and in that time they’ve demonstrated their commitment to quality – which is exactly what we’re looking for.

Why This Matters

We’ve learned that installations are more than just a technical step – they’re the foundation of a successful project. When things don’t go as planned, it often traces back to the initial installation. It’s a pivotal phase where the right skills, attention, and intentions matter.

 

 

We’ve seen that when we or our Certified Installation Partner handle installations, the outcomes are markedly better than when a different integrator does. Now, every new customer is guaranteed to start their journey with a solid foundation, paving the way for a smooth and efficient integration process.

 

 

We understand that a great architectural layout and strategy must come before the installation, and so we believe it’s best handled by us or our Certified Installation Partner. Looking ahead, we’re open to welcoming more implementation partners into our ecosystem, and we’re already actively talking to existing partners to find more to join up.

 

 

The beauty of this approach is its flexibility. Once the foundational installation is complete, the deployment of functionalities can be carried forward by our partners or even by the customers themselves. This model not only empowers our customers but also integrates our product seamlessly into a broader IT environment, reducing risk, and enhancing reliability.

The journey with our first Certified Installation Partner is just beginning, with exciting projects lined up, including our first on-site installation which has just started. This partnership not only opens new doors for us but also brings a new level of trust and collaboration to our projects, meaning we can deliver even more value to our customers.  The importance of a well-executed installation cannot be overstated.
